Archiving an estimate means that the estimate is no longer active, either because it has been won or is has been archived it because the estimate was not approved by the customer, manually archiving an estimate(s) can be in one of two ways:
A. Archive One or More Estimates from Estimate Screen
You can archive one or more estimates directly from the Estimate List by following these steps:
1. Select the estimate or estimates you wish to archive.
2. Click on Common Actions.
3. Click on Archive.
B. Archive Estimates from Estimates General Info Screen
1. Locate the estimate you wish to archive from the Estimate List and click on the name to open the estimate.
2. On the estimate screen, click on the General Info tab to open the details.
3. Uncheck the Estimate is Active checkbox.
4. Click the Save button.
