On a construction job, the app will allow similar entry as the Job Log page from the website. The estimated amount will be displayed, along with an entry line for the actual that was used. The labor type/cost code entry (dependant on how job tracking is configured on the Manage360 site) allows for durations for each clocked in employee for each labor type/cost code.
Entering non-Labor items
To enter any non-labor job actuals, click on the space beside the estimated amount. This will bring up a number pad keyboard that can be used to enter the actual amount used. The actual amounts are defaulted to 0 (blank).

Entering Labor items
Since the labor job actuals require durations for every employee, the entry process is not the same as non-labor items. Clicking on the space beside the estimated labor amount will open a new window which lists the employees along with spaces for the times to be entered. They are entered in hours and minutes format (HH:MM). The foreman is listed first, and the double down arrow can be used to copy the information from the first line down to rest of them. Click on the Done button when complete.
