An Account can deleted if they do not have any Invoices, Closed Estimates or Jobs associated with them. Deleting an account will delete all opportunities, open estimates, tasks, and contacts associated with the account and will not be recoverable.
1. Click on the Contacts Menu.
2. Click on the Accounts and search for the Account.
3. Click on the account name you would like to delete.
4. Click on Actions.
5. Click on Delete this account.
You will receive a message about deleting the account and other areas of information that will be deleted.
Click OK if you are sure you want to delete all the information associated with the account.
