Once files have been uploaded, their attributes can easily be edited. This includes the Name, Description or Mobile Availability of the file. Clicking on the name of the file will open a modal window which will display the following information:
1. Thumbnail of the file – clicking on the thumbnail will open a full-sized preview of the file.
2. Who uploaded and Date of upload of the file – this is read only information?
3. Name – the file name can be edited here; the file extension (type of file) cannot be changed).
4. Description – a brief description of the file can be edited as necessary.
5. Mobile Availability – checkbox to allow this file to be available on the mobile app.
6. Delete – delete the file.
7. Download – download the file to your local machine.
8. Click ‘Save Changes’ when complete.
