In the Journal you can view recent activities such as when accounts, opportunities or estimates have been added, jobs that have been won, etc. The Journal Entries (activities) are used to document what has been done with an Account or Opportunity. Activities have already happened and are considered completed. You can view the Journal by clicking your Name and then Journal.
