The app will operate regardless of whether the device is online or offline. There are some operations however that must be done while the device is online (cellular or Wi-Fi).
• The initial (first) login must be while online
o This will download list of timesheets.
• For subsequent logins, if the device is online, then it will update the list of available timesheets.
o If the device is not online but a login has occurred in the past xxxx, then access will be granted, but any new timesheets cannot be downloaded.
If the device is online, then any Clock In/Out and Submit functions will attempt to send to Manage360 immediately. If the device is offline, then those actions will be queued for later submission.
Other changes (including notes and job actuals) will always be queued and then automatically sent with the next Clock In/Out or Submit.
Any new timesheets and new items added to a timesheet will also be retrieved during clock in/out.
