Create and Manage Outcome reasons for winning, losing, and Not Qualifying Opportunities.
Follow the steps below to add a new Outcome Reasons category:
1. Click on User Name.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click on Outcome Reasons.
4. Click the + New Opportunity Outcome Reasons button to open the input screen.
5. Enter the Name, Description, choose if you would like to set this as the Default or not, then choose the LeadOutcome from the Drop down list.
6. Click Save to retain the changes or Cancel to discard the changes.
Note:
The Edit screen will be similar to the Add Screen but will allow you to set the item as Active/Inactive & Delete the item.
