Trouble Viewing or Opening a Proposal

1.  Add your website to the trusted sites

      Login to your DS|Manage360 site

      Go to Tools>Internet Option>Security>click on Trusted Sites

      Click on Sites

      Your address should be in the Add this website to the zone

      Click Add

      Try to view the proposal again  

2.  Enable Downloads

      Go to Tools-> Internet Options->Security-> Trusted Sites->Custom Level->Downloads>

      Make sure automatic prompting for file downloads is set to Enable

3.  Enable pop ups for this site and any other popup blockers

4.  Turn on java script on mobile devices such as iPad or IPhone.
