The app allows for notes to be entered at two main levels. There are timesheet notes, as well as timesheet item notes (for Jobs, Work Orders or Visits). The timesheet notes apply to the timesheet as a whole and can be added at any time or during the timesheet submission process. The item notes can also be entered or edited at any time. If there were notes already existing in these fields (from the website) then they would be visible in the app.
The notes are not pushed directly to the website when entered. They are sent on the next clock in/out, timesheet submission or manual refresh.
