Workflow Task Sets allow you to setup and configure repeatable sets of tasks for Accounts, Opportunities and Jobs. These sets can be used to help with the management of your daily workflow. New sets can be created as needed or they can be updated with any necessary changes. If a task set is no longer going to be used, it can be deleted. Each task set can contain any number of tasks that are typically done in certain situations and each task can be assigned to a specific role. Each Task Set is linked to either an Account, Opportunity or Job.

• Create a New Task Set
• Add Tasks to a Task Set
• Edit Tasks in a Task Set
• Delete Tasks in a Task Set
• Delete a Task Set.
