Grouped visits can be used when performing multiple services at the same address or adjacent addresses and there is no interested in tracking precise time for each specific service. Group clock-ins can only be done from the app. The group information will be displayed on the Manage360 site, but no additional groups can be made from the website.
The grouping functionality is restricted to non-T&M Maintenance Visits (Maintenance) only. Construction jobs or T&M Work Orders cannot be grouped.
Once a visit is a part of a group, an individual cannot clock in to that visit specifically.
The time will be distributed based on estimated service duration, not on the number of visits in a group.
