Services

Services are groups of items bound together in a single entity that allows you to enter multiple items at once when creating a Maintenance Estimate for your customers.

In Manage360, a Service is used to streamline the creation of Maintenance estimates by creating service packages of Labor, Materials, Plants, Equipment, Subcontractors and/or Miscellaneous items.  Fundamentally, a service is a grouping of goods and services.

An Example of a Service could be a Spring Clean Up service. It can contain the equipment and labor to complete the cleanup task. It would usually be scheduled as a onetime event but could happen again if necessary.

Also, another common example would be a Mow & Trim type of service. It would again contain the typical equipment and labor to do the job. It would be set up as a repeating service with a standard number of visits for the season.

Before any Services can be created a Maintenance Division and Service Categories need to be set up under from the main Settings area. Please review Divisions and Service Categories.

 

 

 Note:

When you create a Service, all configurations can be edited and configured within an estimate and the defaults chosen should be the most common for your business as this will decrease the amount of tweaking when creating Maintenance estimates.
