In Manage360 your Costbook is the building blocks for creating an Estimate. The Costbook contains all categories, enabling you to manage each with their own sections: Add, Archive, Restore from Archive and Delete. The Price List screen contains the summary information for each type, while separate screens track the detail information for each individual good or service. Also found in the Costbook are kits, but they are actually a category in and of themselves. Kits are groups of Costbooks items bonded to each other by various ratios. Kits are fully explained in the Kits section.
Services - Services are used in Maintenance Estimates only and are explained in the Services section.
Kits - Manage the Kits that can be added to your estimates and jobs. Kits are fully explained in the Kits section.
Equipment - Equipment items are all the different types of equipment you need to bid into your estimates. Equipment listed in the equipment section can be owned or rented.
Materials - Materials represent all landscape material that does not grow. Paving stones, mulch, salt and fertilizer are all examples of various materials.
Plants - Plants represent the different types of Softscape items that grow and would be used in a landscape plan. Items such as flowers, shrubs, trees, and vines would be found in this section.
Plant Sizes - This is where you would set up the different plant sizes. You can also specify the production rate for each plant size.
Labor Types - Labor Types are used to represent the different labor functions that you want to identify on the estimate and track in the field.
Labor Rates - Manage the Labor Rates that can be added to your estimates and jobs.
Subcontracted Services - Subcontracting items represent all the services for which you may hire subcontractors.
Misc. Items - Misc. Items are for items that do not fall within the other Costbook sections such as permits and design fees.
